Hello again. I have another question, but this time it involves printing things to the screen before the game actually initializes. I've created a start menu and a character selection menu, and what I'd like to do is print the start menu to the screen, take in an input to enter the game, where a character selection screen will appear (with a different audio track than what plays during my game). This will accept new input, and depending on which character the user wants to use, I'd like the game to start based on which character they selected with a new audio file playing. Any ideas? I still don't feel too comfortable with using DirectX or Windows and this is stumping me... Sorry if this seems (or is) very basic. I'd just like some direction on how to make this happen. Thanks!
